Training

Zegato offers the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) two methods for meeting training requirements.  Self-paced Computer Based Training and traditional instructor-led classroom training.  Both are based on a strong instructional design for results-oriented training.  Following is a general description of the three courses offered:

Introduction to Zegato

The Introduction to Zegato course teaches VA users to be proficient with the eTravel system by mastering all of the options of this easy to use, feature-rich service.  The course is taught through case studies.  Each case study will provide the participant with real-life examples and challenges that will allow the VA users to make the most of the service.  In addition, instructor-led discussions will help to determine the best approach to accomplishing the objectives of the case studies.

Zegato for Approving Officials

This course is designed to help users to apply the fundamentals of the Zegato approval process to all travel related documents.  During this course, participants will learn how approval chains are related to travel documents and use case studies to observe the workflow features of the approval module.

System Administration for Zegato

The System Administration course provides participants with the skills necessary to utilize the features and functions of Zegato’s system administration Tool Box to manage and configure logical VA organization.  Users will learn how to set-up primary and subordinate organizations, traveler profiles, approval chains etc.
