The VA eTravel System (VA eTS)  

In a working partnership, Zegato Solutions will assist The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in realizing its travel and financial management objectives.  The cornerstone of this effort will be the Zegato Travel Service. 

Building on our legacy with VA, Zegato Solutions’ web-based, end-to-end electronic travel service was selected by the VA eTravel system project team as the system of record for the VA eTravel Pilot.  The purpose of the pilot was to evaluate the feasibility of a department-wide implementation of an end-to-end, web-based travel service that complied with the FTR, JFMIP, and most importantly, VA specific travel requirements.  This pilot was extremely successful! Not only did the Zegato eTS meet the aforementioned travel requirements, but it is the only hosted, web-based eTS to satisfy the rigorous cyber security protocol utilized by the VA Chief Information Officer (CIO).  As a result, the VA awarded Zegato a contract to implement the Zegato travel service department-wide.

Zegato is working with VA’s information technology and travel program professionals to ensure a smooth, reliable, and effective enterprise-wide deployment of the world’s best end-to-end travel and expense management solution.
